Bone Strength

I started to take it after a bone graft jaw and sinus lift. After 8 months the results of bone growth was amazing, the dentist was delighted.
Also I had osteopenia 4 years ago, did some weight training on specific machine ( osteostrong) which help to reverse it. I stopped the machine about 2 years ago and I was a bit concerned that bones would go back to not good.
I have been taking the Formula for 18 months now, and just got a DX scan in June 2026. The result are excellent, completely reverse and very solid

Recently I had to undergo ankle replacement surgery as a result of a bone-on-bone condition. Additionally, it was necessary to put a plate and 4 screws on the side of my ankle to provide more support to my newly replaced ankle joint. Bone growth, strength and density became vital to the success of this procedure. To help ensure I had done all I could to help my bone grow onto the new ankle, I began taking Dr. Garber's Natural Solutions for Bone Strength. My surgeon was consistently amazed at how well my bone was growing to support the ankle replacement. At 3 months, he indicated I was where he had hoped I would be at 4 months. At 4 months, he indicated that we could remove the plate and screws in the near future as my ankle had strengthened to the point that the extra support would not be necessary. I am convinced that Dr. Garber's Bone Strength formula made all the difference!

This product claims to assist with the assimilation of calcium. Only a small portion of the calcium we ingest is actually used by our bodies. This big problem here is that there really is no way to know if it is working. Dr. Garber has a whole lot of homeopathic remedies available, and it is difficult to find background information on whether or not this "proprietary blend" is going to work. It tastes fine and does not linger, and like I said, the ingredients look decent. There is a testimonial on Garber's web site for this product (someone hurt their ankle and the doctor was "amazed" at how quickly the person recovered). So, evaluate for yourself. Maybe if you have a broken bone, this is worth a try, but I'm not sure if just anybody would need to be taking this on a daily basis.

I have no idea if this works. But if it does work, then it gets 5 stars. It's easy to do and has a pleasant taste so based on that plus the potential that this will actually do something good for my bones, I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately I will not know whether it is this product or my increased consumption of such things as unhulled sesame seeds, known to be very high in calcium, that produces a better bone scan result. But where there's life there's hope. Right??!!

Dr. Garber's Constipation tastes awfully, but it seems to be working. It is more effective in absence of dehydration. So, it is useful to get hydrated between two or more takes of 1 ml each time, as recommended. Then, it is not absolutely certain whether the remedy resulted from it or getting hydrated. In any case, it seems that taking it combined with getting hydrated works faster than getting hydrated alone, and that seems to be its purpose.

I'm not sure how to asses this product without a bone density test, which I didn't have. It tasted good. and I didn't experience any negative side-effects.

I want to give this product a far shake. I requested it because lately I've been having some auto immune issues and it's affecting my joints. I have been experiencing a dull ache in my wrists and forearms. Sometimes it travels to my knees and ankles.

I started using this product and I initially thought it helped. But, as I get use to more pain episodes, I've noticed that the occurences and the pain amount is greatly affected by the weather (as most people with arthritis know.)

So, I think that this product really may help general day to day pain like it claims...but at this point, my experience is to new and inconsistent to show me how much relief I am receiving from it.

Natural solutions are a vague treatment at times, and I wondered just who Dr. Garber was, so I did some research. Dr. Garber formulates his "natural solutions" through long term accepted homeopathic remedies set down in homeopathic text books. Dr. Garber has also just signed a contract for Amazon to carry his formulas Nationally. They used to be confined mostly to California. Do they work? That is anyone's guess. I am all for homeopathic formulas. The ones I have used have been as good as OTC drugs. If this product is affordable for you, by all means try it. If it streches your budget, I would wait for more studies on it before investing the money.

It isn't possible to rate this product after one week of use. This has to be a long term product to know if it actually has any benefit. I have a serious neck problem and the doctor told me that I have evidence of osteoporosis showing from the X-rays and MRI images. The ingredients seem to be all vine and tree based extracts. I don't understand the logic behind that. Supposedly Giant Redwood favors the fortification and mineralization of bones and contributes to supple tendons and ligaments. It also brings comfort to urinary tract problems and is beneficial for sexual health.

Suggested Use: Take 1.0 ml (two half droppers) of Dr. Garber's Natural Solutions for Bone Strength directly by mouth or in a small amount of water twice daily. To maximize the effectiveness of this formula it is important to ensure adequate intake of Calcium and Vitamin D and to do appropriate weight bearing exercise. I don't think this bottle will last very long at that rate - about one month by my calculation - or two months if you limit it to once per day. That is the dose I intend to take. I've been taking calcium and vitamin D3 for quite some time, but it doesn't seem to have prevented me from osteoporosis. I got a bone density test 7 years ago and I had the bone density of a 25 year old. So something has really changed in the past 7 years.

I am using a variety of vitamins and minerals in my quest to increase bone density (I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis). I have no desire to take the medications available out there, as their side-effects are formidable. I am happy to be adding Dr. Garber's Natural Solutions Bone Strength to my daily regimen -- with the hope that it will perform as stated. Looking at some of the reviews, it appears to have potential. Some of the ingredients (blackberry, redwood, sequoia) are all new to me -- even though I have been familiar (as an educated consumer) with holistic ingredients for years. I will get on their website and also do some Internet Searches to find out more about these ingredients.

The taste is pleasant -- it's easy to use -- either taken orally as drops -- or mixed with water.

I plan to take Dr. Garber's Natural Solutions Bone Strength for the next 12 months, in addition to the other supplments I am taking. Time will tell. I just had a bone density test, so will have to wait a year for another one, to see what the results are. I hope to see improvement.

UPDATE -- pleaseant taste, easy to take, I hope to see results -- I WILL re-order this and continue taking it- - and I think the other products made by the company are very interesting too!!
