I was having a significant amount of pain due to endometriosis and was told by my doctors that the only treatment for the pain would be my taking birth control pills. I took a chance on the FemCycle formula and only one month later my pain had almost completely disappeared. I'm so glad I took the formula!

I began using Dr. Garber’s Natural Solutions for FemCycle and stopped suffering from hot flashes. I started to menstruate every 28 days again as well. My hormone levels tested as balanced and my gynecologist was surprised that despite my age of 52, the results showed that I was not even in a state of peri-menopause. My doctor, who is a proponent of Bio-identical Hormones, advised me to continue doing what I was doing and she had nothing better to offer me. I stopped taking the remedy for a few weeks just to see what would happen. My period again became erratic and the hot flashes returned. I decided that the inconvenience of menstruating was more desirable than the discomfort of hot flashes and began taking the formula again. The hot flashes subsided within 3 days.

I Have very strong cramps. This worked very well. I have been looking for a product that would help relieve severe cramps. I have to to say it does a good job and takes about a half hour to work but it was worth it. The taste is not the greatest, but the relief is worth it.

This was a nice product, it seems to work and takes the edge off when it is that time of the month. I don't really think that the taste was that bad, it was fairly mild. If you don't like the taste, you can always put it in something to get it down. That time of month tends to be rough sometimes for me, and this does make a difference.

I have found that this may work if given a chance. Homeopathic solutions are very subtle and don't usually provide the instant relief that we are accustomed to with pharmaceuticals. I found that I first had to do major cleansing and a diet change before I became more sensitive and responsive to natural medicines. This one is no exception.

The smell and taste are not bad. Bittersweet. Nice amber bottle and dropper. List of ingredients seem high quality. Produced from a company that I trust. Minus a star for somewhat high price, but you do get what you pay for.

I realize that my experiences are not proof of anything. In fact, though this seemed to work a dream for me for menstrual cramps for me, I know it's possible that it was coincidence, the placebo effect, or just my unique biochemistry. I can say that I put 1 dropper (1 ml.) directly on my tongue and I soon felt better (less cramping and tenderness). I also can say that all of the herbal ingredients have had medicinal qualities in traditional medicine in the past, though not specifically to assist with problems related to hormonal imbalances.

Some of the other reviewers have mentioned that there are ingredients from bovine ovaries and that this is really very disgusting in their view. I can understand this perspective, but traditional Asian medicine and cuisine often uses animal reproductive organs. I lived in Japan for 23 years and they eat chicken ovaries as a snack with alcohol. They believe it is very good for health and I would not be surprised if there is something to the idea that hormones from animal sources could balance hormones in humans.

At any rate, if you are suffering from some type of feminine hormonal distress and do not want to resort to synthetic hormones prescribed from a doctor, this is worth a try. There's no guarantee that it will work, but it did help me.

Dr. Garber's Constipation tastes awfully, but it seems to be working. It is more effective in absence of dehydration. So, it is useful to get hydrated between two or more takes of 1 ml each time, as recommended. Then, it is not absolutely certain whether the remedy resulted from it or getting hydrated. In any case, it seems that taking it combined with getting hydrated works faster than getting hydrated alone, and that seems to be its purpose.

My wife says it works and helps her avoid hot flashes and moodiness as part of PMS in her pre-menopausal state. She has not had a chance to use it long enough to judge longterm effects; I'll update this as she continues to try it. Only problem would be the cost.

What I like most about this dietary supplement is that it is liquid and comes with a dropper for easy use. Most supplements that are for PMS, hot flashes and such are usually in pill form...large pill form. This product can be taken directly by mouth or mixed with water, soda, or juice without altering the taste. The taste is pleasant and does not leave an after taste. This product is made in Canada and the FDA does not support it's claims...as with most dietary supplements. So if you are fearless...try it. If you are fearful...discuss with your doctor first. I have not had any harmful side effects.

Natural solutions are a vague treatment at times, and I wondered just who Dr. Garber was, so I did some research. Dr. Garber formulates his "natural solutions" through long term accepted homeopathic remedies set down in homeopathic text books. Dr. Garber has also just signed a contract for Amazon to carry his formulas Nationally. They used to be confined mostly to California. Do they work? That is anyone's guess. I am all for homeopathic formulas. The ones I have used have been as good as OTC drugs. If this product is affordable for you, by all means try it. If it streches your budget, I would wait for more studies on it before investing the money.

I'm 42 and have seen my cycle go crazy in the last 6-8 months. I used to be able to set my watch by my cycle, so I went to my gyn who did hormone tests and an ultrasound. Turns out I have a cyst on my ovary. No treatment except an offer of anti-depressants, which I do not want to take. I've never tried natural remedies and I don't take vitamins - I'm pretty skeptical, but I was more inclined to try this than Rx drugs. I've been taking 2 doses per day for almost a month and already my cycle has lengthened from 20 days to 27 days - an amazing relief. I feel more emotionally under control and my headaches are less intense. I'm feeling nearly normal again. I will definitely be buying more of this.
Word of caution: it is suspended in an ethanol solution and it tastes a bit like doing a shot of everclear.

In 1995 I had a bone density test and was told to start taking whatever the "favorite" toxic medicine for the condition. I chose to follow Dr. Garber's suggestion which was to use his "Bone Strength" remedy for a year. If after that I had improved great! If not we'd go from there. One year later I got retested. The nurse that followed up with the test results was so amazed that she called Dr. Garber to see what had created a 50% improvement in my bone density!
I retest every 3 years now and have been holding my own. Needless to say I am more than pleased with the results.
I also use several other remedy's from Dr. Garber now with equally successful results.
